“And not spending it in a manner which the United States citizens, from Florida and Ohio or Massachusetts or wherever they are from, would completely and totally and wholly disagree with where the Republican Congress is spending their money. They are building hospitals in Iraq. They are building schools in Iraq. They are building clinics in Iraq. They are building roads in Iraq, in a fruitless attempt to try to win over the Iraqi people.”
