Is that responsible, that kind of fiscal undiscipline, reckless disregard for a budget in the United States? That is irresponsible? And what else is irresponsible? Cutting money for student loans, that is irresponsible. How about Karl Rove telling Scooter Libby about Joe Wilson's wife and then going on TV a couple of months later and saying he did not know anything about it. I think that is kind of irresponsible to say that to the American public. I did not hear the President say Scooter Libby was irresponsible.”
