This bill would actually increase the buying power of the Chinese consumer because their yuan would be worth more money so they would have more buying power to buy American exports. So this snake oil that the Chamber of Commerce is trying to send around and scare everybody not to vote for this doesn't make any sense. The more your currency is worth, the more you're going to be able to buy.
