We`re fighting to try to get the 1 percent, 1.5 percent of our GDP for infrastructure. So, I think what we`re doing is really a down payment on what we need to do to be competitive.

This infrastructure bill is about two things. This is about putting money in the pockets of the American people who’ve had a rough go for the last 40 years. And this is about taking on China.
