We are paying ghost employees in Iraq, and we are not allowed to question the validity of what is going on over there? How about ghosts paying some of my Adelphi workers who are going to get their salaries cut by 60 percent? Does this administration want to ghost pay some of them? Do we have enough money to pay people for not doing work in Iraq?
