So let us see if we can tie this all up. Our country gives billions of dollars in corporate welfare to the most profitable industries in the world that are having the most profitable quarters in the history of mankind. They are then giving tax cuts that go primarily to the top 1 percent, who are probably executives of the oil companies and the pharmaceutical companies.
