“I do not exactly know what specific issues he is talking about, but I am sure he is talking about the $9 billion lost in Iraq. I am sure he is talking about the foreign borrowing, I hope, and find a way to fix it. This is Pat Toomey. I am sure both of you served a lot longer with him than I did.
