Because it comes down to this, that this is another, I think, election year situation. But the bottom line is this: We opt out of the Geneva Convention, and we make a certain set of rules to say how military prisoners should be treated, just because if we do that, we have a certain set of standards, it does not mean other countries won't opt out, and their standards will be a heck of a lot lower than our standards.
