“Before I close, I would like to urge my colleague from Colorado to use his 5 legislative days to ensure the Congressional Record does appropriately say it is a miner act--M-I-N-E- R instead of M-I-N-O-R act--where he said it was a minor act. I think that is a very important distinction, and it is a distinction with a difference. He made the statement earlier, so I hope he does use his 5 legislative days to correct the Record on that.
