The amendment I am offering tonight is simple. It prohibits funding for the Cape Wind project off Nantucket Sound. This amendment was offered last year and was accepted unanimously, and I hope it will be again. The problem with this project isn't that it is renewable energy. We all support renewable energy. This is a renewable energy that is not supporting American jobs. In fact, they have outsourced their turbines to Denmark and their turbine platforms to Germany. The other issue is, this project has been quite controversial, and I think that we don't want another Solyndra. This amendment was adopted last year by a voice vote. I would urge a ``yes'' vote. I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR (Mr. Newhouse). The question is on the amendment offered by the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Stivers). The amendment was agreed to.
