They're engaged in rhetoric that goes way beyond the pale of what's responsible. They're inciting behavior and I think they should be held responsible for that.

Well, it's not how I take it. It is how somebody back home or somebody in another state might take it. We have got death threats coming into our offices, coming into other offices of member of Congress.
