I just want to add that also the Second Chance Act will provide demonstration grants, but it also will create a national offender re-entry resource center for States and local governments and service providers, faith-based, to be able to elect and disseminate best practices and provide training and support around re-entry. It will create a Federal task force that will identify programs and resources, identify better ways to collaborate, develop Interagency initiatives. Finally, it will create, in addition to the grants to nonprofit organizations, offender re-entry research to authorize the National Institute of Justice and the Bureau of Justice Statistics to conduct research around re-entry. We know there are programs working out there that are being run by churches, that are being run by other organizations, and we need to collect some of that data in order to implement some of the programs. Again, I thank the gentleman for his leadership.
