this modification incorporates the suggestions of the distinguished Senator from Ohio, Senator Glenn. It clarifies some of the aspects of the sense of the Congress relating to Fitzsimons and broadens some of the sense of the Congress measures included therein, including a wish that the procedures involved in disposing of facilities be expedited for not just Fitzsimons, but other facilities as well, when it is appropriate. Mr. President, it is my understanding that this amendment has the approval of both sides. I ask at this time for its adoption.
