The other question I had--there were several others, as I went through it. I notice the distinguished Senator from North Dakota said, ``We encourage moving jobs abroad, and we ought to take that language out of the code.'' I have looked through the amendment. I do not find ``striking'' language, other than striking the end of the period and adding additional language. Is there a section of the code where we ``encourage moving jobs abroad?''
