Madam President, it is the majority leader's intention to resume the motion to proceed to Calendar No. 400, S. 3187, the Food and Drug Administration user fees legislation, when the Senate convenes tomorrow. At 2:15 the Senate will begin consideration of the bill. Senators will be notified when votes are scheduled. ____________________
