That the OCC would open up our communities to more exploitation when we are suffering already so severely from COVID-19 is immoral; it is disgraceful that the OCC would give predatory lenders a way to charge 200 to 400 percent interest and even more, even in States that have fought hard to stop this predation with a 36 percent interest rate cap.
