The same thing, only worse, I would add, because now the tax break mostly for the wealthy is twice the size Mr. Gingrich and Mr. Dole originally planned, which means, I guess, they will not tell us, but we have to figure it will mean twice as large a cut in student loans, twice as large a cut in the environment and twice as large a cut in Medicare or Medicaid or twice as large an increase in premiums, deductibles and co-pays. They simply will not tell us.
