Mr. President, there is already Medicare, which seems to work for a lot of people, and Medicaid, which seems to work for a lot of people. You have military bases in your State, as I do, one of the greatest Air Force bases in the country, and they have something called TRICARE that works pretty darn good. This isn't a takeover. This still allows lots and lots and lots of private involvement. But we have some government involvement in the health care system, I would say.
