I guess I am not surprised about that, considering I hear my colleagues talk about how outrageous it is that we were spending $600 a week to help unemployed workers, and this bipartisan bill that passed the House would help workers to get retrained and get jobs, and they are not willing to do that either, but we also know that this is a bill that--we have seen this act before.
