I thank the Senator from Illinois as well as the Senator from New Jersey and the Senator from California. We are united in our goal of preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon; we all know that here. I commend the President for trying to resolve the nuclear dispute diplomatically. I urge my colleagues to support the Kirk-Brown-Boxer-Menendez amendment. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The question is on agreeing to the amendment. All in favor say aye, all opposed, no. The ayes appear to have it.
