I was reminded, as I see what this House has continued to do, to deny the child tax credit to the working families, to the families who have children, but families who are working families... When you look at it with this war in Iraq tied to what the gentleman from California (Mr. Becerra) is trying to do tonight, to help those children in working families who are not making a lot of money, but in working families get some piece of the pie, you realize that this shared sacrifice that the President is asking about is a very limited shared sacrifice. The sacrifice in this country, it is not in the 'leave no millionaires behind' program. They are getting $93,000 back in their taxes.
