Mr. President, it is the majority leader's intention to resume consideration of S. 3187, the FDA user fees bill, when the Senate convenes tomorrow. We are working on an agreement for amendments to the bill. We hope we can reach an agreement and avoid filing cloture on the bill. ____________________
