Would the chairman agree that the Secretary of Commerce may take this opportunity to reduce the paperwork burden on persons relating to the compilation and publication of censuses of agriculture and irrigation, of manufactures, of mineral industries, and other businesses, including the distributive trades, service establishments, and transportation?”
