The medical savings accounts that the Speaker has extolled, the virtues, over and over and over again, as an idea of a big insurance company, major contributors to the Speaker that salivate over the prospect of getting to write all this insurance for a Medicare program that is withering on the vine. It means major income to them, major costs to senior citizens to pay for a tax break for the wealthy.
