It is sad to me that since 2007, we have not had the ability to open up markets for the workers, farmers, and service providers that I now represent in Ohio and around this country.

I think it is a really important role, and, as you know, I was involved in the 1990s on the IRS Commission that Senator Bob Kerry and I co-chaired.

So I feel like I was misled, in a way.

Unfortunately, I think what happened recently with regard to the IRS targeting certain groups based on their political views reversed a lot of that progress.

Do you think it is a problem of over classification, and if so, do you think ODNI and others are doing the right things to try to de-classify information so it is more useful?
