Madam President, I wish to make two corrections quickly and then yield to my colleague from Indiana. One is that the proposal I did offer had nothing to do with ObamaCare, as I thought the majority leader understood, and others do not, including the amendment from the Senator from New Hampshire. So we do have a number of amendments and a number of good ideas. We had a debate. Second, it is in the President's budget. So if it is such a terrible proposal, I am surprised the President would have proposed it.
