Dear Chairman Ryan: I am writing to you concerning the jurisdictional interest of the Committee on Homeland Security in H.R. 1907, the ``Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015.'' The bill includes provisions that fall within the jurisdiction of the Committee on Homeland Security. I recognize and appreciate the desire to bring this legislation before the House of Representatives in an expeditious manner, and accordingly, the Committee on Homeland Security will forego consideration of this bill.
