We need to determine and learn the manner in which this was done so that we can correct it.

I think we have learned a couple of things, one of which is the fact that the administration was in on all sides of this deal.

if we want a level playing field, so to speak, and we want to make sure that things are done right, then there should not be any reason there should not be full transparency.

This was done with taxpayers' dollars ultimately... what came out at the other end with General Motors and Delphi was a different animal that went in.
