Last year it was rather modest for Mr. Blankfein, he only got a $9 million bonus which was considerably less than previous, but that does figure out to $1,000 an hour, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Most Americans would be happy to have that salary for a fraction of a week.
