If the President can find billions to build more nuclear weapons, then surely we can find the money to protect those who build them and all workers who dedicate their talents to moving our Nation to full throttle again. Mr. President, get a testing regimen in place. It is your duty. No excuses. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Members are reminded to address their remarks to the Chair. ____________________
