Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. The amounts otherwise provided by this Act are revised by reducing the amount made available for ``Department of Energy--Energy Programs--Departmental Administration'', and by increasing the amount made available for ``Department of Energy--Energy Programs--Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy'' (except for Program Direction), by $10,000,000. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to the order of the House of today, the gentlewoman from Ohio (Ms. Kaptur) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
