When we are sending this letter, and I am glad you led me in to it here, the second question in our letter to the administration is to what specific banking and corporate interests does Mexico's first $26 billion in outstanding obligations that come due this year, in fact $10 billion of that comes due in the first quarter of this year, go? Specifically we want to know names of institutions and bond holders largely in this country that Mexico owes money to. It would be very interesting to see who they are. Mr. DeFAZIO. Now we are going to lend them taxpayer dollars under this line of credit to repay the loans made by private interests in this country.
