Would it not be great if every American who owned a home mortgage could do the same thing? In other words, rather than paying their mortgage payment next month, all they have to do is call the Federal Reserve, sit around the table, and rather than paying the mortgage payment they give them a loan to pay it off. Great concept. Mr. DeFAZIO. And it comes from other taxpayers.
