It is already past time for aggressive action to address climate change and its impacts, and pretending that it doesn't exist won't make it go away. We must maintain American leadership for our clean energy future and not cede all the economic opportunity, which Congresswoman Castor just talked about when she was here on the floor, to China and other countries who surely want to be right at our ankles and try to dump product into this country.…”
