I wanted to take a minute and commend the gentleman from Louisiana for the kind of leadership he has offered in this House in terms of education and scholarship, particularly of young people; and in terms of the TRIO program, which he has been a real leader on here in the House. He is to be commended for the amendment which he has offered here today and the principle which lies behind it. I appreciate it.
