I just wanted to join with the gentleman from California [Mr. Lewis] in expressing to the gentlewoman that we appreciate the fact that she has brought this matter to our attention both in last year's bill and this year. And of course, we have stated to her, as we state again, that we are certainly going to continue working with her relative to the unique situation that she has in her city. In my own case, representing a large urban center, I can understand exactly the type of problem that she is encountering, and we are going to try in every way to give her the kind of relief that she needs.
