Thank you so much, Congressman Payne. ``Land of the free, home of the brave''--it reminds me of the words that Leader Pelosi talked about during the 165th anniversary of the Seneca Falls Convention, the first women's rights convention that addressed women in social, economic, and political life. It said that women should be granted all the rights and privileges that men possess. So thank you for that message.
