I thank Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee. Mr. Speaker, it is now my honor to yield to the gentleman from New York (Mr. Meeks), from New York's Fifth Congressional District. There are so many things that I could say about him. I am honored that I serve with him on the Financial Services Committee. I am honored that he is a soldier in the battle. When I think of some of the words that President Barack Obama said, it reminds me of Congressman Meeks when President Obama said, ``Justice is not only the absence of oppression, it is the presence of opportunity.''
