Joyce Beatty: “How is America less free now than it was prior to the passage of Dodd-Frank?”

The Kennedy Center is an institution that belongs to the American people, not to Donald Trump.

The board's repeated efforts to break the law are a breathtaking act of defiance, but I will continue to stand up against all unlawful acts—enough is enough.

My hope moving forward is that the board restores the integrity of the Kennedy Center, rebuilds programming and respects the rule of law.

His name should once again be visible on the façade and Defendants’ childish refusal to accept this Court’s ruling to that effect should end now.
