I thank Congressman Butterfield not only for his words but for his leadership as our chair of the Congressional Black Caucus. I yield to the gentlewoman from Texas (Ms. Jackson Lee), another member of the Congressional Black Caucus, who stands strong and sure- footed with us as we talk about our unfinished business, a member who has no problem coming to the mic and sharing her intellect and giving us a direction of where we should go. It is, indeed, my honor to yield to Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, a leader on criminal justice reform and judiciary issues, from Texas' 18th Congressional District.
