I wonder some days, I wonder about the wisdom of that on occasion. Every time we try to single out somebody to pay higher fees or put them under a different set of laws, then somebody else who is running under the same conditions--everybody gets hurt. In other words, those people did not get big from being dumb, so there are other ways to get around it. I think it limits a little man growing. What is wrong with the little guy starting out and wanting to grow? Is that not the American way?
