I am very supportive of the Senator from Nebraska on this issue. I wish we could have gotten a vote and not have to deal with a point of order. I don't think the fires we have had in Montana and the dry weather we have had in Montana yield to a point of order. We do have people hurting. I appreciate the work done by the Senator from Nebraska. We will continue this exercise, passing an emergency disaster package for agriculture before we go home. I appreciate him allowing me some time. I pass along to the Senate and Montanans we are having a drought. In fact, our water is only testing 85 percent moisture. I thank the Senator.
