If you had some preference, you would rather lease private lands for even more than that, Senator, because we know the services that go with it. The cattle will be ridden and we will get gain on the cattle. That is not guaranteed. Nothing is guaranteed on the public lands. We will get control. The State lands are a little better lands. Like I said, you cannot compare these lands. You are comparing apples and oranges.
