We do not claim that the underlying bill is going to cover all of the uninsured and eliminate that problem, but we do think it is a giant step forward in helping the uninsured get access to high-quality health insurance at affordable prices. Even the flawed study that my colleague has pointed to on a number of occasions, the CBO study which was flawed in a number of areas, says that 330,000 of the uninsured will in fact get health insurance. I think the number is far, far higher than that. I think we are talking about millions of Americans will have a chance at good health insurance. But let us say it is only 330,000, 330,000 families that would get coverage under this bill. I think that is a good step in the right direction.
