Lucifer in the flesh. In Washington I have many Democratic friends as I have Republican friends, I get along with almost everybody. But I've never worked with a more miserable son of a (bleep) in my life.

If we had somehow been able to do that deal, we would not be having to negotiate this situation now with $20 trillion in debt.
