unfortunately, I missed the vote on final passage of S. 1502, The District of Columbia Opportunity Scholarship Act. As a strong supporter of this much-needed legislation to improve the quality of education for thousands of school children in the District of Columbia, I would have voted ``yes'' on final passage.
