I hope so. We are continuing to work with our Members, some of whom want to spend more money, some of whom want to spend less money. And until we come to some resolution of those talks, I cannot give you any further information on when the budget resolution will be up.

I can tell you this, I'm not about to get myself into an argument with the Pope.
I once met him in New York during the Obama years to plead with him to put a leash on some of the crazies he was putting on the air. It was making my job trying to accomplish anything conservative that much harder.
The deal that we have out there in my view from what I know thus far is unacceptable.
We need to acknowledge that what Washington sometimes calls 'tax cuts' are really just poorly disguised spending programs that expand the role of Government in lives of individuals and employers.
