There is not a smidgeon of corruption in the IRS targeting scandal.

Ongoing investigation, and yet the Wall Street Journal through leaked sources has reported that no one is going to be recommended for prosecution.

A lady with a financial stake in a specific outcome is heading the investigation.

I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.

I don't know, our model is DIY? Since when does DIY mean I need $340 million of taxpayer money?

Was Freelancers Insurance Company a health insurer on July 16th, 2009?

Okay. So I will leave out the sponsored part. The CO-OPs got funds, right?

Did the Freelancers-sponsored CO-OPs receive Federal taxpayer funds?

The CO-OPs, they received money from the taxpayers, the $340 million.

So it seems to me the answer to Mr. Lankford's question was, the CO-OPs had to be formed so that you could send money to IWS to get money to the other two entities that you are the CEO of, isn't that correct?

Okay. And there we have Freelancers, the Union, and then we have the Freelancers Insurance Company as well.

Okay. And let's put up slide number one.

This program is slated to lose 40 percent of the money allocated by the taxpayers.

I was tempted to say, making a mountain out of a molehill, but I don't even see the molehill.

All I know is the President said there is not a smidgen of corruption.

I think the President is so emphatic and he knows for certain because his person is running the investigation.

How can the President of the United States go on TV on Superbowl Sunday and say that there is not a smidgen of corruption in this investigation?

We should create an opportunity for an independent advocate to represent privacy and civil liberties interests before the FISA court.

H.R. 3361, the USA FREEDOM Act, represents a reasonable consensus view and remains the right vehicle for reform.

We should address bulk collection today, or we risk losing all of Section 215 this time next year.

I commend President Obama for his willingness to make these necessary changes.

The Administration cannot solve this problem without Congress.

You cannot continue to tell people there is no problem; there was a problem on October 1st.

It is this committee's intent to err on the side of the assumption that the administration continues to lie about the site being safe and secure.

The administration cannot have it both ways.
