I have the deepest respect for the loyal men and women who work under Director Allison's leadership.

The overwhelming majority of people at the EPA, the overwhelming majority of people that work in our Federal Government, they are good, honest, decent people. They do not do this.

But when you have somebody who repeats this behavior that is absolutely and totally unacceptable and does so time and time again, there needs to be consequences, not promotions.

The problem is the EPA does not protect its own employees.

Might it be the head of the IRS, who didn't, according to your testimony, didn't even look at all the sources for potential Lois Lerner emails?

All I'm saying is is what Mr. Koskinen told this committee and the American people, was it a true statement what he said under oath sitting in that chair right there?

Federal judge agreed with the President, what he said 22 times, and said the executive amnesty order was in fact wrong.

As the chairman indicated, 22 times the President said he couldn't do what he did.

Those are the facts. That's what we need to get the answers to.

What would have been a lot nicer is if the counsel for your side, when they were in front of the judge, would have told him what you told the court.

The Bank's absence will make our economy stronger.

These kinds of revelations have become all too common at the Export-Import Bank, and it is another reason that I am glad it appears my colleagues will finally let the Bank expire.
