Here is an agency using the good cause exception and you are telling me we have not questioned them.

We are having a little debate here in Congress this week over what I believe is an unconstitutional action the President took last November with 5 million folks who are in the Country illegally.

How can Congress fund something we all believe is unconstitutional and a Federal judge has said is unlawful?

22 times the President had said that he couldn't do what he did. Legal scholars on the left and right have said it is unconstitutional. A Federal judge has ruled it is unlawful.

So if anyone is holding it hostage, it seems to me it is the Democrats of the United States Senate.
